Juanita is the first to greet guests in our office. She keeps Chris on his toes by proactively setting meetings with clients so that the team can provide efficient and timely communications regarding the assets Abundance stewards for them. Utilizing her organizational and time management skills, Juanita performs operational duties that provide support to the staff and comic relief when you least expect it.
Previously, Juanita was employed in the AT&T Digital Subscriber Group, as a network manager, supervising a team of multimedia technicians and also structuring resources of team of relieving managers performing duties of Technical Support and Quality Control. Prior to that position she was at the AT&T Global Network Fraud Management Center where she was project manager for all fraud system interfaces internally and externally for AT&T. She developed, created and revised on-line methods and procedures and job aids for center functions. She performed front-end analysis to research new and existing data and other relevant documentation. Wow, that’s a lot. Can you tell she was busy?
Juanita is a volunteer at her church and is responsible for establishing and coordinating the volunteers’ schedules to provide support to the church’s staff.
She obtained her Masters Certificate in Project Management from the Stevens Institute of Technology and AT&T School of Business and Technology. Her training history has empowered her with an awareness of requirements needed to achieve excellent management of client relationships and satisfaction. And she’s a great lady to boot!
