Gretchen serves as the Director of Operations, overseeing all of the account paperwork for client’s accounts, the movement of money in and out of accounts, maintains databases, oversees compliance requirements, and creates and implements systems within the office, while delivering excellent client communication and service.
After graduating, Gretchen entered the banking industry as a Financial Service Representative. Through consistently interacting with people and hearing their stories of financial success and struggle, Gretchen realized that this was a strategic opportunity. She was positioned as an advocate for her clients to bring lasting change and help them achieve their dreams through financial transformation. Gretchen has nine years of experience in the financial industry. She has held several roles, from Teller, Personal Banker, to Assistant Branch Manager. Additionally, she has experience in Consumer and Commercial Lending.
Gretchen believes that teamwork and community is pivotal to lifelong success and fulfillment. In Tulsa, Oklahoma she served as a young adult mentor for several years where she met weekly with students to equip them as leaders in their respective spheres of influence. She also acted as an Assistant Chairman and Committee Captain of several United Way campaigns.
In Fall of 2009 Gretchen moved to Walton County, Georgia, where she currently resides. Over the past four years, she has assisted in over twenty adult education classes and seminars to promote emotional and spiritual development. Additionally, Gretchen presently serves as an executive assistant to leadership at her church. She enjoys both instructional and leisure reading. Gretchen also enjoys cooking, eating dark chocolate, and is unlikely to be found without her morning cup of espresso.
